Your voice shaped this study. Over 1,850 comments were shared throughout the ProPEL Indy process—and every single one helped guide the study’s direction. Thank you for sharing your ideas, concerns, and hopes for the future of transportation in Indianapolis. Together, we’ve laid the foundation for improvements that will enhance mobility, safety, and connectivity for generations to come.

As of September 1, 2025, we have received 1,610 comments from several hundred stakeholders, and we are carefully considering and assessing all your bold ideas. We have identified several key themes within the content of the comments and aligned them with one of the study’s four pillars.
